Double Denim - An ode to American nostalgia

Did anyone catch the most recent episode of Glee on Tuesday? When I am able to watch the show, I do. I secretly love it, even though that may not be a secret any longer. In the last scene of the show, the group was singing  "One,". Both guys and girls were sporting spring's denim-on-denim trend and pulling it off flawlessly. Just a pair of jeans, a denim shirt, and white sneakers is all it takes. 

You will see celebrities rocking this trend and you can also. Check out Gap, Levi's or Ralph Lauren (just to name a few) and pick up a denim shirt of your own.

Splurge or Save

As we are embracing Spring 2010 looks and trends are coming in and out, I present you with the digital dress. Cat Deely wore this Matthew Williamson dress flawlessly at the Genlux Britweek Designer of the Year Fashion Awards in Los Angeles. All Things Fabulous...

As my fashion journey continues, I have realized it is time to start documenting all things fabulous that are all around me. In my first attempt, I have put together a collage of my most recent pieces of R.U.B.Y. 

If you notice a brindle puppy, her name is Ruby, and she isn't a puppy any more even though I like to think she is. I cannot say that she is the inspiration behind the pieces of jewelry I purchase, however she is glamorous in her own way.

It's confirmed...the Not So Typical Jewelry Party is going to be on Thursday, June 17th at 7 PM. There will be wine and some appetizers and really a great opportunity to see what is on the runways for Spring and Summer at great prices.
